What does the Aetrex 3D-Fit scanner do?

The Albert 3DFit uses four depth cameras to capture a three-dimensional view and measurements of your feet. We look at that information alongside how a shoe feels on your feet. A scan helps start the conversation; trying the shoes on and walking in them completes it.

Can I bring my own orthotics?

Yes. Bring the orthotics or inserts you wear, along with your usual socks and shoes. We can compare how they fit inside the footwear you are considering.

Is a foot scan the same as a prescription?

No. Our scan supports shoe fitting; it does not replace a diagnosis or a written specification from your healthcare provider. For prescription shoe modifications, bring the written specification to the shop.
